I was impressed with how well this held up during some heavy rain. It did a great job resisting the weather overall, and even though I noticed a few small rust spots later on, it still performed better than I expected...

It feels decent at first, but after sitting for a while it’s not as comfortable as I hoped. Maybe the padding just isn’t thick enough or it needs more time to break in, but I definitely notice it during longer sits.

I’m not sure if I just got unlucky or if this is how it usually is, but putting this together was more frustrating than I thought it would be. The pieces looked fine at first, but some of the holes didn’t seem to line up quite right, and the instructions felt a little too vague in a few spots.
I ended up taking parts back off and redoing a couple steps, so it took me a lot longer than expected. Once it was finally assembled, it seemed okay, but I definitely wouldn’t describe the process as easy

Good quality overall, like I said, I really don’t have any complaints. It feels solid and does what I expected, so yeah, like I said, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from jeco-inc.com and the product itself was pretty much exactly like the listing said. The size, color, and details all matched what I expected, so there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up. Shipping was fine too. The only thing that bothered me was I didn’t really feel heard when I reached out with a question, the response felt kind of dismissive. Still, the product was solid and I’m overall happy with it...

I did end up getting the replacement parts I needed, but damn, it took a bit of back and forth over email to get it sorted. Support wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of slow and a little annoying. At least they actually replied and got their crap together in the end.

They really need to keep their product listings updated better.

I ordered once and the whole delivery situation was kind of a mess. The date kept changing, and while it did eventually show up, it was later than I needed it. Support was fine, I guess, but not especially useful. Just one of those delivery roulette things I don't really want to deal with again.

I tried using it on my phone, but the pages took forever to load and the menus were confusing. It made the whole experience more frustrating than it should’ve been, and I’d really expect at least an apology for how inconvenient it was

I don’t get why people act like support always takes forever. I reached out and they replied really quickly, which was a relief. No complaints from me.

I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was kind of comparing this order to them the whole time. But I have to admit, the packaging was really solid. Everything was packed neatly and tight, with no dents or crushed corners when it showed up. It wasn’t anything fancy, just done right. As much as I hate to say it, it felt like they actually cared about making sure it arrived in one piece.

I had this chair outside for maybe two weeks and it already cracked. It’s not like I was being rough with it or anything, so give me a break. I expected it to hold up a lot better than that. Disappointing.

I ordered from Jeco because the listed measurements seemed like they’d fit the exact spot I had in mind. I’m the kind of person who compares dimensions, checks the layout, and tries to picture how everything lines up before buying, so I felt confident about it.

So yeah, the pictures made it look a lot better than it actually was. Not sure what kind of lighting or angles were used, but the real thing didn’t quite get the memo.

I ordered from Jeco and the shipping was fast. My package showed up within a few days, and the tracking updated like it should. I’m only taking off a star because the box looked a bit beat up when it arrived, like someone wasn’t exactly careful with it, but thankfully the item itself was fine. Overall, it was still a good experience.
